In association with Utility West, LLC for 14 years with 24 years of utility experience specific site development and construction of water and sewer lines, storm drainage, retention basins, and dry utility infrastructure.

Mr. Ramsey specializes in site development from conceptual design to as-built documentation; he is respected by utility company inspectors and continues to build strong professional relationships with local municipality officials.
